Filter Order Return Policy

 

No refunds*.

Exchanges only on approved transactions only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To request an exchange please call our office at 905-403-0510.

Exchanges must be approved by our office within 30 days of purchase and prior to any shipping has been processed.

Custom orders or quantities larger than 10 boxes will carry a restocking fee of 25% on order total, if order is cancelled or changed in any way.

Exceptions:

 

** Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us, will carry a 15% restocking fee. Maximum refund will be 85% - no exceptions. To resend an unclaimed parcel, the shipping fee will be charged again. You have an option to request "no signature required" upon delivery.

Shipping Damages, Lost orders or weather damaged orders will require special attention and usually leads to shipper error. A claim can be opened with the shipper.

 

Please note: we are not liable for orders lost or weather damaged when a "no signature required" option was requested by buyer. If delivery is confirmed by shipping company, we assume a succesful delivery has occured. If you do not feel secure with leaving parcels unattended at delivery address, we strongly recommend you supply daytime/work address.
